This is what it says on the tin – above all else personal and bespoke to you. Most of the first session will be about getting to know you, your goals – where you have come from and where you want to get to. We will then begin the journey. It will be structured, week by week, and I will always work in 4 week blocks. This means that goals are set for the next four weeks – we then review, reset and go again. This makes training sustainable, achievable and rewarding.
I will work with you to design sessions that you do on your own when you’re not training with me, so it’s not just about the session we do and rolling from one week to the next but I will empower you to train efficiently and effectively by yourself.
We will look at nutrition as at the end of the day this is critical to your success, whether you want to gain weight, loose weight, burn fat, lift more – what you put in your body really does matter!
From £40 per 1 hour session for 1:1 training (small group sessions also possible)
